Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical features - volume of 3 ml and gray white color are within normal limits.
The sperm count of 115 million/ml is within normal range.
The motility of sperms is 70% which includes 30% are highly motile ones. In a normal semen sample atleast 42% sperms should be highly motile.
Presence of 0-2 pus cells is within normal range.
Presence of 0-1 epithelial cells is also within normal range.
Morphology of 70% sperms is normal whereas atleast 50% should have normal morphology.
Thus, all parameters are within normal range except for presence of less number of actively motile sperms. However, this may not affect the ability to bear children.

Thanks and take care

Yes, as per this report everything is fine.
The number of sperm and the percentage of those which can swim normally mean you have adequate sperm for making a baby.
